A Community Located in the Heart of Naples
About Olde Naples
What makes downtown Naples so different and unique from other cities in Florida?
It’s simple, the beaches are accessible.
All the avenues in downtown Naples lead to a public beach in Olde Naples. At the end of 5th Avenue is a beach. At the end of 8th Ave is a beautiful place we call “Wedding Beach” It’s true, if you are in the community of Olde Naples, all the avenue lead to a beach. Beach ends require Beach Parking Sticker which every Collier County resident may obtain just by asking. If you’re a visitor, bring quarters and pay the meters. Another great place you should visit is the Naples ((municipal)) Pier on 12 Avenue South where public facilities and public parking coin meters are available. But no worries on 5th Ave, the parking is free. Several Valet Stations have appeared along the avenue, if you use one, be sure to pay the valet well for their services.
Another point of difference…we have no “High Rise” building in the downtown, Olde Naples area. City ordinance passed that restricted it and so this is a place for a Beach Estate, Main Street Condo, sea side cottage, townhouses, villas or single family homes in the new “Key West” look.
Finally, while downtown be sure to visit “Fifth Avenue” and “Third Street” and browse the art galleries, shops, cafés and coffee shops during the day and gourmet dining and night clubs at Sunset and after till Midnight. Enjoy top beaches, world-class shopping, live entertainment and theater all downtown Naples, FL.
